Products available in stock and ready for immediate shipment will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Once our items sold out, we may not be able to restock them. However, if there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email us at info@lilacblvd.com with a list of items so that you can be placed on an email notification list. If the particular item you are interested in restock again, we will be sure to notify you at the first time.

In most cases, orders can be delivered within 7-12 business days however this varies from country to country based on your location.

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Currently, we don't offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you’d like to return and place a new order for the item you want. After our warehouse receive and process your return, you'll get a refund back to your original payment method.

We apologize that you received a wrong item. Please send a photo of the wrong product to info@lilacblvd.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any item outside of a 14 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

We're sorry you received a damaged item. Please kindly send a photo of the damaged product along with your information to info@lilacblvd.com, and we'll assist you with a resolution as soon as possible. Please note that damaged items beyond the 14-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Please contact us at info@lilacblvd.com if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist. However, please note that Lilacblvd cannot be held liable for missing packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we highly recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. Please understand that we are currently not set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.
